So. We signed off the trip, in Koh Tao, and were very sad when waving goodbye to those returning to bangkok. Me and christine and matt and amy got back on a boat to koh samui and met up with Jo and Janelle from the northern leg. We went to the full moon rave party on Koh Pa Ngan, which i would describe as 'nothing special'. Dull to the extreme in fact. We mostly just slept on the beach amidst the mayhem and chaos of drunken revelry. We also seemed to attract weirdos who talked and talked and didn't seem to get the hint that we wanted to be left alone!! A man with steel toed boots and long hair and ADHD on some kind of drug repeatedly told me i was beautiful and had a lovley face structure and was sorry if he couldn't stop staring at me. Its nice to hear but from someone else please!!

I have now managed (ok thats a total lie, my daddy has managed after a lot of agro - love you daddy!) to book me a flight to australia!!! So after 2 days chilling on koh tao and 2 days shopping in bangkok, that's where i'll be. Yippee! xxxxx

I forgot to say, when i arrived alone at koh tao port, i had to take a motorbike taxi (me on the back of a motorbike with my huge backpack) to the hotel. It was sooo much fun! I didn't fall off :) and it was a 5th of the price a taxi would have been.

GUESS WHAT... the most randomest thing happened... i saw through the corner of my eye some people playing pool in a bar along the beachroad. It turned out to be... the three boys from my flight over and my sri lanka stopover!!! How random is that. So they were arguing and i kinda walked in at the wrong moment but never mind!! Had a drink n some food, was good.

I am not looking forward to my 14 hour bus journey from chumphon to bangkok (yes bus). Urrrrrrrgh. xxxxxx

I forgot to say as well that we tried the mysterious dish, referred to the country over as 'No Name'. You can get no name vegetable, no name chicken, no name seafood etc etc.We asked the waitor what it was expecting some kind of logical explanation for the mysterious name, but he couldn't really answer us - it literally has no name! So being brave, we ordered it anyway...  being not so brave we decided to try the vegetable one to be on the safe side. It turns out to be tempura!! But loadsa vegetables balled together and deep fried. I've had it since then as well, so much did i like it :)

I finished my John Fowels and might get some easier reading now! Got a looong bus trip ahead :(
