Today is my last day in Goa. Tear. Now it's back up to Mumbai, and off to Thailand. Want to hear an incredible thing?

An old friend that I haven't seen since 9th grade (atleast) has overnighted a camera to India for me. It will arrive in Mumbai on the same day I do. His generosity absolutely blows me away. If anyone would like to send him a token of thanks, anyway you would like, please just let me know. Especially since these blind pictures are not so much working out. See the examples in my photos for this journal. Anyway the world is good, people are amazing. I am grateful.

Last night I zigged and zagged through OLD portuguese houses and churches, through lush greenery and palm trees, under a starlit sky while rideing on the back of a motorcycle. I was on my way home from club Paradise. 5 years ago I would have been all about that place, but now, not so much. Trance just gives me a headache, which is a shame becasue Goa is the trance capitol of the world. The club was different in one way; on the roof there are all these little old women wearing sarees, with mats spread around th. They sit with propane lights and they are surrounded by all kinds of goodies. It's quite brilliant, the drunk/intoxicated trance heads stumble up the stairs, sit on a mat, and start ordering food. Their specialty is an omelette sandwich. What a trip. Literally.... what a trip.
