Sesto Shenanigans/Il Duomo

So there is a bar in Sesto.  It's called "Drunk Ladder".  Why?  I'm not entirely sure.  It's an irish style pub, but all Italian people work there.  It's an odd odd establishment.  So we went there Tuesday, it was fun!

Today we hit up L'Opera Del Duomo for Renaissance Art class.  It was a good time.  Basically the Opera is a museum where they have all the old statues and reliefs and things from the Duomo that they have made replicas of.  They're all real old, as you can imagine, but it was hard to see them all because we were in a group of about 20, so I think I may go back!  The crucifix of Christ really got me, it was just this intense sculpture up on the wall with Mary Magdalene in the center of the room.  Pretty Moving!

Tomorrow we are heading to Siena, and Saturday we are hiking!  I am so excited that you all have been commenting on my blog!  I get excited when I see new comments!

Kayvon - :) I had a night that would be worthy of telling you!  :)  I miss you guys SO much!  PS the weather is like 50 ish, but it has been cloudy and foggy, and a lil rainy!
