Weekend @ Bath

It's my first weekend away from London - and it's the my birthday weekend!!

We drove out to Bath which is a challenge with all the alphabets/numbered roads to keep up with! We left London on Saturday morning, arrived at our hotel at Bristol as I could not get us any B & B at Bath due to the summer holiday and the B&B's prefer two nights stay!

Once checked-in, we headed towards Bath, which took us 15 mins on the road. Everything is so pretty!! The sights of countryside just amazes me!!!

Bath is such a lovely town!! We stroll the bustling town, walking pass the busy shops, checked out the Avon River, especially the bridge where there's shop on it. Apparently, there's only 4 of these bridges in the world!

Ended our day in Bath with a very nice Italian meal plus a glass of wine!!

We headed towards the Hengestone the next day. Driving through the Salisbury Plains is a wow factor!!
