Went to the McDonald Observatory today. Very Cool, the biggest telescopes we've ever seen! And you don't look through an eye piece to look at the stars. It was a fun tour but it was very intellectual and hard for even Sean and I to understand. But we got to do the coolest thing ever at Carlsbad. We saw a Bat flight!! 5000 bats a minute (that's right, not a typo) for 30 minutes or more!! It was like a big black cloud -- one of the most amazing things I think we have ever seen. We got a really cool lesson on bats, too!
