It was raining on and off, but the beautiful rain that doesn't really get you wet.  It just lit up the sky with wonderful rainbows.  Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach where we watched the most romantic sunset I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing with another person.

The following day there were not many people camping so we set up a roaring game of croquet that took up about 10 empty camping sites.  There were ditches to get over, tables to go under, hills to climb, puddles to jump.  The most exciting game of history.  And of course I won!!

THe most exciting game in history

Chilly weather didn't stop us from crashing through the waves and seeing how possible it was to out run the waves.  Harder then you would think.  Thus, we got soaking wet and put the nice warm fire to use.  We decided to hang all our clothes out to dry that night and it poured down rain all night.  But, our clothes were atleast rinsed off.

The way home we went along the Hood canal and over to Port Townsend, where we encountered a herd of roosters.  I've never seen so many roosters in the middle of town.  Very interesting, to say the least.  We took the ferry over to Whidbey Island and continued our way home.

The trailer and van and passengers all made it home safe and sound and slept for 2 days staright.
