Only the 2 of us...

Paris... overall, is like a dream come true for the 2 of us to be finally travelling to somewhere so far away! *wosh*

It was really scorching hot sun... i actually became more tanned than before going to Paris... but my friend-HurMing-was there the week earlier was complaining that the whole 3 days were absolutely wet & grey, even more grey than Grey London... And another group of friends (Naveen & Catherine & Rohit) can't even go cos the riot started... {so, raise my right hand & pat my left chest, say "Heng Ah!"}

It's the first 2 of us story in a foreign land... Thanks that i start it in P-A-R-I-S.. no regrets..only bliss..

People-wise, definitely there are friendly ones, like the lady at the B&B motel & another lady at the bus stop directing us to the lourve musee & one more at the Haagen daz.. *yes, we had ice-cream at night when walking back from Notro damn cathedral...

Transport.. we din't dare to take the bus, lest got lost... hhmm jus like a part of the lifestyle that we din't try.. but still i would choose to not try than to get lost in a totally french speaking country...

SORTIE... SOFTIE... Spot the difference... one refers to Exit & another to a soft icecream tt used to be my fave but not anymore after the nightmare with the EXIT sign in Paris Metro... OMG.. the metro lines are even more messed up than my bad hair day! *lol*... There were even double decked Metro (MRT) TRAINS!! *yes you are right.. like in air plane, got economy & first class.. i suppose it should be squeezy.. but turn out not to be... is interesting yeh?!

Another nightmare is the gateway when entering & exiting the station... Red alert advice!! if you have to fall & break your arm, do it! Don't be c-r-u-s-h-e-d by the Metal Flappers of the gate... Played Pin ball before? Yah just like the Flapper.. is like at least 1 metre high, 2 inches thick... And it swings close with such force that you can feel the wind!!

One thing that i Really Love About Paris was our stay!! My room in the 3rd night, my bed is Right BEside the ceiling tall window! and just opening a slit, you can feel the cool wind that can make me shiver after bath & cool the entire room with 2 young adults enjoying the long night... Is like a picture of my dream room...

Funniest thing is the Room Rates! It differs with the type of amenties.. this is appropriate.. But wait, examples of the differences in amenties are like Got Extra Single Bed (fine & reasonable), Extra Cupboard that you feel is useless cos there are only that few hangers (still ok), Extra Toilet Seat... *i went hilariously laughing* You must be kidding.. i am going to stay in a room with attached bathroom with N-O- Toilet Seat!... hhmm.. means no big business for me... hhmm.. i am sorry to Fibre Plus^ effect *ahah* [^Fibre Plus is a detox & smoother bowel movement drink]... looking back, i say "heng ah!" that they have to change my room everynights, isn't it so???!!!
