After the 3-day boat trip, we go directly to stay in Castro of Chiloe Island. On the boat, I meet a Singaporean girl (who I first met her in the flight from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia after the pilot´s strie), a Japanese girl and an Australian guy. Apart from our 4, there are also another Japanese girl and a Dutch couple. We join a day tour to travel around the island, which costs 10,000 Chilean pesos (around US$20)

We have a look on palafitos, which are wooden houses building on water. They assemble the wooden houses in Tai O in Hong Kong, but the houses here are more colorful.

Then we see churches like Iglesia de Nercon and Chonchi, and then have a walk in Chiloe National Park. It´s the first time I see that national park pave wood trunks to form paths, which makes it look pretty. But the problem is it´s slippery with hiking boots when the wood trunks are wet.

We go to a sand beach and a stone beach, both facing the Pacific Ocean. It´s a sunny day. Everything becomes enjoyable. It´s comfortable to walk or have rest in these beaches.

My friends like to take funny photos.  At night, we will have a review of the photos in room. It´s fun to see those photos together. Just can´t help laughing.

The Singaporean and Japanese girls cook dinners and prepare packed lunches for us. We don´t need to bother about food. Thank you very much to them for taking care of us.
