We took a fast ferry to Macau that lasted about one hour. There was an option for a first class ticket which we took since it was so cheap. However, it was only us and one other person in first class which had enough seating for 200. However, we did get complimentary beverages and noodle soups, so really it was quite worth it.
Macau is basically all shopping and gambling. It was run by Portuguese people for 400 years or so, so there was a lot of the food and language present. However, when trying to speak to a Macau resident, they do not understand English well at all so I attempted Spanish to which I was looked at as though I had fifteen heads.

The coolest part about Macau was the wine museum!!!! (Well, at least Ilana thought so) cause it made us feel like we were actually in Portugal just chilling and learning about the wine culture. We bought a bottle of muscato which was a refreshing surprise.
Justin was the only one who gambled and learned that Ilana is secretly a devil witch. When she walked away from the table, he promptly started losing his money and only started going back up when she returned. After she said to him, "Baby, walk away" he did not listen and she cast a spell on him and made him lose all of his money!!!! Hooray, good bye not listening to your smart, hot girlfriend.

We stayed at a Westin resort which had the most comfortable bed of all time!
The bottom line about Macau is that they are working to recreate Las Vegas in Asia. They are opening the Wynn, The Venetian, and an MGM very soon. It is predicted to be even larger and crazier than the original Vegas. This information is a little boring to Ilana but Justin likes it, so she is doing it for him.
This is the bad part about writing blogs late, you forget a lot!
Oh and finally,we saw a pack of barely legal hookers and that rocked!
