Day 2 - Champaign to Wisconsin Dells!

Today was another 6-7-8 day.  We left Champaign and headed west on I-74 to I-55N to I-39N.  We stopped at the lovely Willow Creek Rest Area at mm 84.5 on I-39 for our morning break and Dylan and I went swinging on the playground.  We continued on I-39N to I-90/94W to exit 126 just north of Madison, WI.  For lunch we ate a Butter Burger at Culver's - a popular fast food chain in the midwest and northwest.  The afternoon was spent in the Wisconsin Dells taking a 2 hour Upper Dells Boat Tour and then shopping in downtown Wisconsin Dells (think Gatlinburg).  The boat ride was awesome and it was a beautiful day - low 70's with a strong breeze and sunshine!  Several of us sat at the front of the boat and got wet a few times from the waves splashing in!  Our accomodations for the evening are about 30 miles NW of Wisconsin Dells in the town of Mauston.  We are staying at the Best Western Park Oasis Inn.  Lovely.  Pics coming soon of our day!
