Another stopover in Dallas, this time hassle free and arrived in New York with no problems. New York has been a really fun way to end our trip. With plenty of sight-seeing and walking. The first day we took a ferry to Staten Island so we could see the Statue of Liberty and the view from there. We have seen all the main sights, Empire State building, Chrysler building, Central Park, Flatiron building, Macy's, Bloomingdales and Barneys. Wishing that we had the money left to replace our entire wardrobe as our clothes are seriously falling apart now. The weather has cleared up for us on our last day which we have spent having a pic-nic in Central Park in the sun, it seems the whole of New York are doing the same. Just about to take our last flight to London Heathrow as our trip draws to an end. 8 months and 1 week, 15 countries, 24 flights and now looking forward to seeing England again, hoping for a lovely summer...
