We arrived at 6.30 in the morning off the bus, found a hotel and went to sleep for a few hours as we had hảrdly any sleep on the bus. In the afternoon we went to the beach and in the evening we went to a bar with some friends.

The next day we went to the beach âgain and in the afternoon we went to a hot spring place, where we had a mud bath and hot mineral water spring bath.Very very hot! we could only manage to stay in for 10 mins!

We are going for a 3 day tour on motorbikes to see the real Vietnam as so far it has been pretty touristy- see all about that in our Dalat entry!

Hi Suze and Chris, Back safe and sound after a long trip today from the Alps which were entirely beautiful with millioms of wild flowers. Sunrises and sunsets were special. Very, very hot but plenty of cool, refreshing ice melt streams. Had a lovely relaxing time, read loads and loads, walked, went riding, met up with Claire and Patrice etc. Worried incessantly about Cait and Jenni who have now discovered les Boites de Nuit dans toutes les villages aux arcs! They kept on staying out 'till dawn and you know I'm not good at coping with that sort of thing. But they enjoyed themselves and finally have met loads of "really nice" French people!!! Jenni is now going to do A2 in French and Cait wants to live in Savoie! I'll send you an E mail with more info. I had a lot of trouble tryig to get your blog in les Arcs so I have only caught up this evening. Sounds like you've been very busy travelling. How many miles have you covered? Are you taking all these pictures or are you swapping them with friends? Loved the one of the "beautiful children" I even said those exact words before I read the caption. And Darcie, never mind the cost of the balldress, how is Suze going to de-crease it when she takes it out of her rucksack after two months rough travelling? Will that be up to me to fix??????? I wonder. Thinking of you a lot so it's lovely to get progress reports, Love, Mum and all at home. Grandma says hello. Don't forget a postcard or two.
