The salt flats were out of this world and it is very hard to write down the views that we got so many the pictures that will help though.

we started out of San Pedro in Chile and adventured across the desert into Uyuni in the back of a 4x4. The first stop was at a blue lagoon which was covered with ice, after that we headed for a man-made hot springs and geysers. After a long day we end up in accommodation situated in the middle of the dessert next to the most beautiful lagoon, that night the cold set in at -20 and it was not fun at all.

The next day was massive let down, as we sating in the 4x4 all day, not seeing anything. Luckly for us the best was yet to come, with the whole tour based around the salt flats 4,085 square miles which was formed by 2 lakes drying up and leaving the salt in its place.
