Rest day activities

On rest days, Richmond is the place to go. A univeristy town for Eastern Kentucky University, you can often get lucky with organic foods in the Krogers and you find hip coffee houses like the My Time Coffe and Tea just near the university. It's an hour from Lago Linda's but it's worth the trip if you are planning a day away from the cliffs. There's not much to do at camp when it's cold or rainy and Beattyville is too small to make a day of...my advice, just do it. :)
