My last stop on my Central America tour was Manuel Antonio National Park, a beautiful protected area on the pacific coast with forests and lovely beaches.  We spent our day checking out animals in the forest - lots of iguanas and lizards, a difficult to spot sloth (they don´t move much!) and lots of cappuchino monkeys which all seemed really sweet until Gemma got too close with the camera and one bared it´s teeth and looked really evil - I felt like we were on the set of Outbreak".

We spent some time chilling out on the beach making the most of the morning sunshine before the afternoon rain came in.  We spent the evening dancing in the local bar/club - it was ladies night which mean we paid $2 to get in and then we got free drinks all night - a cheap night!
