We took ourselves back to Havana and were amazed to discover that if you drive to the end of the motorway it just finishes, literally, with no warning.  We checked into our hotel which was actually a beautiful tapas restaurant with live Flamenco every day and a few lovely old fashioned rooms above.

We spent our day around the old town, had hot chocolate the chocolate museum, saw one of Hemingways favourite hotels and checked out the markets.

In the evening we had dinner at our Flamenco restaurant and the dancing was amazing until one of the tour groups joined in and they started doing the conga!  We tried to go out after for a big night but unfortunately everything seemed to shut at midnight.

I said goodbye to Andrew the next day and checked into el cheapo hotel to wait for my flight in the morning (Sally to receptionist "Is there anyone who can help with my bags?"  Receptionist to Sally "No")
