Well I made it here to mumbai ok, there was a small hiccup with BA not putting my bag onto my flight from heathrow to mumbai ,and the fact that the "nice" hotel I booked on the internet with the pictures of the rooms on there website looking very plush and fancy turned out to be a flea pit, but as long as a room has a bed and lock on the door everything else is just a luxury.

Mumbai its self is hot, noisy, smelly and polluted but I was expecting that, the thing that is hard to deal with is the poverty and conditions that some of the kids here have to live with, there are kids the same age as mine sleeping in the streets on there own with no clothes and rats the size of cats running all over them. I would like to say thank to carmel, charlotte, antonia and also lily watson for the clothes toys and books they gave me to give to the street kids here, I have gave most of them away and hopefully they will make a small improvement in there harsh lives.

go with the flow like you know

Anyway enough of the bad side of mumbai lets look at the good side its fantastic just to wander around the back streets getting lost and watching the people going about there lives in the buzz of mumbai.

I took some time out from people watching yesterday and went to gandhi's house it was great a real oasis of quiet in the middle of all the madness.

anyway iv got to go my bum is geting numb on this hard wood stool, keep tuned in for the next instalment of a fat guy does india.
