Quito

Getting to Ecuador was harder & a lot more expensive than we thought!  Ending up going via Sao Paulo & Columbia!  Although we treated ourselves to a Champagne package at the Marriott for our stop over in Sao Paulo, we're still not getting the hang of budgeting!

Quito is nice enough, an old town thats good in the day, but dead at night, & new town with better restaurants & bars, getting really lively at night.  We came here as a gateway to the rainforest & Galapagos Islands, which after a whole day of searching we managed to arrange.
