The next shopping place I visited while in Bangkok is Mah Boon Krong or in short, MBK which is the most popular shopping mall in Bangkok. It is something similar to Sg. Wang Plaza in Kuala Lumpur. MBK is a 7-storeys shopping mall that sells more or less the same stuffs as Chatuchak. But here, you can do your shopping comfortably in the air-conditioned building. And because of that, the prices here are a little bit more expensive which is quite fair, isn't it?

MBK is situated right next to BTS Skytrain, National Stadium Station. In fact, there's a linked bridge from the station to the mall. Getting there from Westin Sukhumvit, is obviously via the BTS Skytrain - Asok Station. You shall alight in Siam Station which is the interchange station & hop onto the opposite train. National Stadium station is the next station after Siam.

Other than the same stuffs as Chatuchak, this mall offers a variety of handphones & electrical goods. You can find a lot of youngsters & students here especially in the evening. There are also lots of food courts & restaurants here. If you don't have enuff cash here, don't worry coz most if the shops here accepts credit cards.
