Tyrol, Austria

Like Switzerland, Austria had similar scenery - lots of green rolling hills. Unfortunately, Austria is where the rain started. It was very hard to get many pictures and this was where all our adventure activities were planned for. I passed on the sky diving and other adventures - although I did get to do white water rafting for the first time! I'd also planned to do mountain biking but that was cancelled due to the rain.

Nathan popped in for a visit on the second night which was a nice surprise (he was at Oktoberfest in Germany at the time - not too far away).

The first night here though we went out for a drink and to play pool and it turned into a big night! After winning a few games of pool and being called a 'pool shark' he he, I decided to help myself to the hotel bar, making all sorts of wierd mixes for everyone!

As well as St Johan in Tyrol, we also did a passing through stop in Salzberg.
