Milwaukee is my home base and a pretty good place to live. Here are my thoughts as a local.
Milwaukee has a lot going on, especially in the summer. Here's a short list of things worth checking out: the Art Museum, Summerfest, Roller derby, the lakefront, a Brewer's Game, a brewery tour, the symphony, and Jazz in the Park.
Winter is long, cold, and dark so if you're traveling I recommend visiting in the summer.
