I will warn you up front that today's post contains slightly adult subject matter.. There, I have your full and complete attention, right? :) Its a little later, but just wanted to let you know.
We slept in a bit and then laid around by the pool for a while this morning. We got moving and eventually and headed for the tailor. We were both able to do an initial fitting of our pants and Jeff was able to try on a partially finished suit jacket. My blouses wouldn't be ready for a first fitting until the next day. It amazes me that you can get pants and a suit jacket ready quicker than a blouse, but I know less about sewing than I do about cooking. And no, there are no sewing classes offered here! My pants fit really well. It is amazing how well clothes can fit when they are made for you! Jeff's pants fit well too. Part of his suit (the body, not the sleeves) was ready to be tried on and they were going to make some adjustments before it is all done. One of his shirts was ready to be tried on, and it fit, but it was mixed up. It was supposed be short sleeve and they made it long sleeve! He decided it looked so nice long sleeve though, that he picked out a different fabric to have another short sleeve one made out of.

We walked around for a while and then decided we were hungry (adult content time). We decided to eat a restaurant that we had heard good things about, Cabbages and Condoms. The restaurant helps to support the Population and Community Development Association. One of the things that the association promotes is safe sex, both for disease prevention and population control. The name of the restaurant comes from the fact that they feel that it should be as easy to buy birth control as it is to buy vegetables at the grocery store. The restaurant is decorated with all sorts of things covered in condoms. My favorite was the man covered in armor (birth control pills and condoms) With your check you get condoms instead of mints. The food was wonderful! Drinks even came with an orchid in them! They also have a gift shop with some handmade things in it from some of the rural areas, so I had to go shopping. I bought a few little things and we moved on.
Walking back to the SkyTrain we were lured into one of the many massage places that line the street offering foot massages. For about $10 US each we got a one hour foot and leg massage and tea to drink. In case you are wondering (because we did) you wash your feet before. The idea of these seems great if you have been walking a lot, but it also makes you a little nervous about someone else having to touch your feet! Fed and refreshed we headed back to the hotel.
In case you are wondering, I haven't forgotten about including amusing transportation stories. Since I decided to share them though, I haven't seen anything that interesting. They must know that I am talking about them!
