Heaps of shops, everyone pushing to get you into their shop to buy their carvings, shells or clothes. Indians mainly own the shops, native people work for the Indians.
Took taxi for a sight seeing tour past the government buildings up into the hills, nice views. The taxi called into the Rainforest Retreat where we had a drink and sit down. Had photos taken with the natives (whos name was Colin!!). Went to the waterfalls via a dirt track in the taxi, very bouncy with soft suspension, for about forty minutes, waterfall not much but OK.

Walked around the city for a while, shops are all the same. Bought cakes at a bakery for lunch, good prices. The school kids got out of school and were excited to see us with a camera. Went back to the ship via the food markets, not quite the same standards as back home.
