(Nick's story)The Gates Clan, minus Captain Bill (sea sick sufferer) got on the boat at 9am to dive with the sharks.  Bored by Nicks story of Scarlet they all decided to do it.

Major praise to Judith, aged over 30 in grandma years for getting in a cage with a 10 foot shark swimming around.

....there it is.....where?

Rachel was a natural, Rebecca managed to stay in long enough to get a great view of the shark close to the cage, David missed the shark attacking the bait to the right of his head and I was in the water for 45 minutes trying to take pictures and helping people in and out.

Ronnie was very very confident in the water, a young Jacques Cousteau but was a bit unlucky to be looking the other way when the shark danced past the cage.

(Ronnie's story) It was a great day to go on a shark dive in Mossel Bay. The weather was warm and the ocean waters were very calm. With Captain Roy at the helm,  the Gates family and I set off for Seal Island. One by one we all got into THE CAGE. Before it was my turn, I had several sightings of the shark. WOW! It was very exciting! I was the last to get in and... unfortunately I missed my single opportunity to see the shark. But... I am determined to go shark diving again!
