A town well worth seeing for a day or two.  No tourists what-so-ever, which is funny becuase it's only 46K from Krabi.  Back to being stared at and laughed at bc we are white.

Went to Than Bok National Park to see all of the amazing waterfalls that we've read about.  Well, perhaps it's bc I grea up with Niagra Falls but I have yet to be impressed with a Thailand waterfall.  It's becoming quite the comedy between us all to guess just how "big" each waterfall is going to be.  Still pretty and calming, nontheless.

Korean BBQ. Alloy.  Delicious.  It was as though everyone in this little food area was staring at every move we made.  People were coming over to us and literally standing behind us, staring.  A bit overwhelming, but later this will come in handy.

Moto accident... three motos.  Terrible sound.  The hospital was literally accross the street and it took more than fifteen minutes for an "ambulence" to arrive.

The he/she karaoke bar that was across the street from my balcony turned out to be quite an interesting scene for all you CSI lovers (ahem.. Slasha).  As Bateman and I watched from our balcony we noticed a policecar pull up (might I add this is the first police car that I have EVER seen patrolling in Thailand).  Well, the pick-up pulls up with a moto in the back.  Curious.  Chaos occurs.  Many people coming in and out of the bar.  A crowd.  One officer then pulls a piece of moto plastic from the truck... holds it up to a moto parked at the karaoke club and it matches.  Put it together people.  The moto accident wasa hit and run and they had pieced together that the driver was at this club.  Got him.  We grow excited and then... they find the guy, but the weirdest thing happens... the cops just shake their heads up and down, get in their truck, take the plastic and drive away.  I don't get it.

Next night we accept and invite to the he/she karaoke.  This is where our love for "Sec Losso" and "Tata Young," begin.  Check 'em out if you get a chance.  Once again I found myself singing karaoke in thai... how does this keep happening to me?
