Zurich and Rhine Falls

Zurich was our first and last destination. There were many shops selling chocolates, fondue chocolate, swiss army knives, swatch watches and snigg bottles.

The guest house we stayed in was so cosy and nicely furnished. It even had a window on the ceiling for you to watch the stars! Wonderful! We also went to the Rhine falls which was really cool!

Chocolates everywhere!

We initially wanted to take a German train to Schauffhausen for the Rhine falls but we missed the last train as we made some mistakes in alighting at a particular station. Otherwise we could have taken a ride in Germany before reaching Swiss again. Nonetheless they had the Swiss train which operates side by side the German railway.

For this trip we bought chocolates, fondue mix, swiss army knives but not rolex watches. Next time perhaps!
