Sydney - the southern beaches

Our time up north had come to an end and so we flew back from Cairns to Sydney early morning.

We took a bus to Coogee beach and did a two hour coastal walk. This included other beaches such as Bronte Beach ,Tamarama and finally Bondi. We walked around the town, had lunch and Tal went into one clothes shop, and it happened to be the one Paris Hilton was in recently. Apparently she bought all dresses in all colours in sizes 8 and 10. We then lay on this world famous beach for a couple of hours.

Later that night we had dinner at the Waterfront restaurant in the Rocks - overlooking the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Of course normally you would not find us in these types of high class fish restaurants, but Kevin was so kind to take us out on his last night in Australia.

The next day we had our long awaited fish platter at Sydney Fish Market with Kevin and walked around to say farewell to the city centre (Kevin left for London that same afternoon). It was a beautiful day, but we were both looking forward to flying off to Auckland tomorrow!
