Cancun, Mexico, Part II

Wow! Our last night of all was spent in Cancun, and we had such a blast! Kathy, Cam, Catherine and I wanted to say goodbye properly so after we got our bus from the ferry to downtown and checked into our rooms, we hit the town. We grabbed some beers at a streetside cafe, petted the teeniest chihuahua puppy ever, ate some corn on a stick smothered in mayonnaise and some fries from the food market, and found ourselves a karaoke bar where we drowned out the locals until 2am.

We finally wound up on the pavement of the main road, being lairy, climbing trees and generally trying not to go to bed and put an end to our holiday.

Adios Mexico!

The next morning we finally had a goodbye breakfast by the hotel pool (juice, yogurt and marble cake) and a nice swim before heading to the bus station for our sad adios, and lots of hugs.
