Yamagata

My first time off the train in japan and i find my self in a dark small town at 11pm without knowing the way to my hostel.  I meet some japanese kids my age who were walking to the bar.  they ended up walking like a mile out of their way in high heels to show me where the hostle was.  this is how i think of japan... the people are amazing.

Yamagata is famous for its temples that hang out over the cliffs in the mountains...  with the cherry blossoms in bloom i couldn't have had a better taste of japan
