2006 Chinese New Year in Macau
From 2006 Chinese New Year in Macau in Macau on Jan 26 '06

Today's one day before Chinese New Year's Eve. I took Air Macau and arrived at Taipa, an island district, at 18:20. I went directly to a friend's appartment in Taipa. To my surprise, the appartment was "much" bigger than I expected. I was told that the size of appartments in Hong Kong is just slightly bigger than a pigeon box. Obviously, it's not the same case in Macau. Although this two places are very close geographically and people speak the same language - Cantonese, they can still be very different in some ways. The Portuguese ruled Macau for 400 years while English people governing Hong Kong for 100 years. One can easily tell that the political systems are different.
Macau et Hong Kong, c'est pas la même chose!
Bon... Ce que je veux dire est : Macau et Hong Kong, c'est pas la même chose!
