So I thought you guys might like to see what food looks like in India, sometimes it looks very much the same as Indian takeaway without the foil containers - and they dont have onion bhajis!!!!!!

The picture is of a Thali, a traditional meal eaten all over India, clockwise from the top we have curd (like yoghurt but without the preservatives that make it taste nice!), a little salad of cucumber, tomato and onion, then curried mixed vegetables (just like the ones you get with a biriani, then dal and rice, finally in the middle is a chapati and a poppadom!

they don't have onion bhajis!!!!

Very nice and very filling!

As you may have guessed i'm not a big fan of the curd and i think the picture i've included of a menu sums it up nicely!
