Exploring the Kenai Peninsula today and its coastline.

TODAY THE SUN WAS OUT, YIPPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So Nicole and I went for another hike after looking through the Visitors centre which was also the marine info centre. The water Taxi’s here operate on African time as the 12.00pm ferry left at 12.30pm, so this reduced our hiking time by 30 minutes as we could not extend our pickup time, which was supposed to be at 4.00pm but guess what that was only 45 minutes late so I could have done the extension to the hike I wanted to do, but they said that the taxi would be on time. Bastards. The hike was nice though and we nearly had a close encounter with 2 black bears but they saw us and hide and jumped out in front of the girl that was walking behind us. So neither of us got pictures. So I am destined to go home with only tiny shitty pictures of bears. Oh well I will have to come back and try again.
