Coach trip to Dover Castle after a day out in Canterbury, and once we arrived we discovered that there was a famous member of the royal family having tea in the Gate House -- the Queen Mother!  I do have some pictures taken by some of my friends (I had a camcorder with me), but I haven't scanned them.  One day I will try to get them on here!

Oh wait!  I found them!

Home to Henry II

The castle itself was amazing.  I kept thinking about how it was home to Henry II, though I kept picturing Peter O'Toole as Henry!
