This is a collection of photos showing Carrie's Hong Kong adventure this week during our Christmas break. The photo captions will give you a little information about the pictures. It was so fun to have someone from home here, to see Hong Kong from her eyes! She loved it and wants to come back! (If you come and visit me, I will add a travel blog entry about you too!)

Hey Beth, Is Carrie from the Vineyard or from your home town? Must have been wonderful to show a friend around, and to hang out with someone you've known a while. Those egg yolks that were drying out looked quite large (compared to my hen eggs). Do you know what kind of bird they were from? How are dried egg yolks used? Are they ground up into a powder, after they have dried?? What a different thing to do with an egg! Well, you've been gone about six months now ... When might you return to native soil? June or July? Will you be ready to come home, or has this just whet your appetite for more? You look great, so I'm sure you're doing well. Wishing you health, joy and inner peace in the New Year. love, JIll
