As we continued on it became surprisingly green. Nice to see after all the bare red dirt. The amount of life and dead cattle on the road was also increasing. The kids are getting quite used to doing school work on the bus though t is not always the neatest.

Towns are becoming less and roadhouses are increasing. Usualy the only thing you can get there is gas, free use of the bathrooms anything else is very pricey. You could wrap a slice of koek or a muffin here and sell it for $3

Once in a while we splurge and buy an icecold drink, our fridge on dc is not the coldest, and the temp outside is definitely going up.

We made it to Broome late one afternoon. It is a beautiful town. We needed tocool of badly so off to Cable Beach ( we saw the camels).

The water was an amazing 31 C I could not believe it. The outside temp was 34 C so that was hardly a cooling swim.

we watched the sunset that was beautiful, had canned supper in the parking lot and headed of to MacDonalds for an icecream.
