Seattle is beautiful in July and August. Everything was green and there was lots of sunshine. The pervasive waterways make everything sparkle with the sun glinting everywhere. It was also a great time for fruit - peaches and cherries were in season and were delicious.
I was in Seattle for two months for a project for work. I was really lucky that the timing was so good because I heard from everyone that it was the best time of year to visit. I was working a lot of hours, so didn't get to see as much of Seattle as I would like. But I spent a weekend to enjoy the city in addition to seeing a little bit after hours.
