One week left before take off to San Francisco. In all the confusion and stress this trip brings my friend Pernilla has given me one of the greatest gifts I can ever recieve, ofcourse coming in second to her friendship. What I'm talking about is MUSIC. Me love David Gray and my IPOD. It's all thanks to her.

The bewilderment of money, vaccinations, locks, backpacks, skimasks, and all things of fleece and synthetic materials is still a constant momentum. Luckily Aleks and Jan called, while they called, making the list longer, my daily hairloss trippled.

I keep thinking time to exercise, but at the same time I actually have a reponsibility to eat all the good things that I will be missing for eight months. Don't you think. Good reasoning Kina. Why thank you Kina.
