Hope we haven't disappointed our viewing public by failing to update the blog for 4 days. We've been awfully busy getting to know the newest and smallest member of the Mills family, Stanley! He's Jennifer's new dachshund puppy, and as you can see he's awfully cute.
The good news is, Boris got a new camera, so you'll be treated to photo essays in entries to come, such as this startling nature drama that played out when a pair of hawks visited Jean & Mark's house for Ben's birthday party. Observe the recently deceased chipmunk, grasped in the talons of a not-too-discriminating hawk!

Boris also managed to get some nice shots of the birthday boy enjoying his presents, as well as a little too much root beer.
