Daily life is pretty stress free, Tim has started work and Angela attempts to fill the day by taking Grace to various activities and walking everywhere we need to go.

Tim had 4 interviews in total, they were quite spread out, so dragged out the process a bit longer than we had planned.  He was offered all 4 jobs, and decided to go with a Project Manager role with a large company called Capita Symonds based in a suburb called Portishead from where the band Portishead come from.  It comes with a company car and takes about 20mins to get to and from work, which is very good for Bristol where the average time seems to be 40mins to 1 hour.

Grace has been to the first of her Gym Tots class at the leisure centre.  This is a really excellent class and is set up like a proper gym session, with different equipment and groups that move in turn to each station. It's set up for little ones, but a lot of it was a real challenge for her and stretched her climbing, balance and coordination skills, she wasn't able to do everything, but she improved so much even in one session.

We're looking for other activities for her so she can play with other kids and make some friends.  There are heaps of groups around here, we just have to sort out which ones to go to.

All in all we're pretty happy, although missing everyone very much.  It's a bit lonely as we haven't really made any friends yet, but that will come with time - we just need to stick it out.  Over the next month we're planning on exploring some of the attractions Bristol has to offer and try to stay away from the shops until Tim gets paid at the end of the month!
