Bula guys

We arrived in Nadi at 2am and I found out that its usually a mistake to not trust your belly-feeling - or as we women have our 7th sense ..yes, at 2am in the morning my companeros had to wait for me cause they found an apple in my bag at the costums(I knew I had forgotten to eat it). Turned red like a tomato and apologized a thousand times. They just wrote a report for my apple and apologized cause they had to keep it "Sorry Miss, we have to keep your apple".

Danni, Em and I hadnt booked anything so we hopped with Sindy and Frauke in the transfer bus and were lucky enough to get a three bed dorm for a good deal.-Next day mrs.Jo (Josephine) tried to rip us off and wanted to charge us more for the room than we were told the night before- never mind..We changed to a more beautiful accommodation anyways-Nadi Bay Resort, where we spendt one night was a real dream, just a bit hot in the night (no Airconditioning).

On Tuesday we started our 7-days Island hopping tour with Awesome Adventures. And indeed it was AWESOME. We booked a whole package, which I wouldnt recommend, cause everything is already pre-booked (which we didnt know at that time). It was fun anyways. First two nights we spendt on Nanuya Lei Lei, where the movie "Blue Lagoon" was filmed. On our side of the Island it was quite windy, whereas on the other side it was the opposite. Hammocks were available again (yes!), hanging around, snorkelling, kayaking and in the evening fantastic entertainment (haha-the local britney spears turned up). Lets put it that way: We laughed a lot.

One night on the Wannataki Cruise Ship, where I tried "Kava" for the first time. Grouse. It tastes like mud. The locals drink it. Its a mixture of Roots and Water and you re supposed to have a good night sleep after a few bowls.

Then two nights on Kuata Island. Where we went on an Island visit and made a bracelet and saw how people live without electricity. On this Island everything they had available as drink were Orange Juice and beer.Thanks. The food was served in tiny portions-some of the guys were almost starving because there was nothing else to eat.

My favourite Island though, was the last and tiniest Island "South Sea Island" where you are able to walk around in 5mins.and 40sec.if you are called Danni;-). The snorkelling was great and the food was excellent, I felt like in a 5star hotel. In the evening a nice bonefire and shooting star counting competition;-)

After our Island hopping we spendt another night in Nadi Bay and I decided to stay a few days longer because we had the chance to go down to the Coral Coast, where we spendt two nights in the Beachhouse and another night in the Mango Bay Resort. It was an absolute dream, beside the fact that I ran out of money...

After that long time of layzin around, eating, snorkelling, dreaming, counting shooting stars, it was eventually time for some "real travelling" - my next destination: Australia for three months.
