Day 2: So we got up at a reasonable time, hopped a bus to Kingston and started shopping. Probably one of my favorite things to do in London. My first experience of Primark was nuts, I couldn't believe how big it was and how cheap things were. I didn't really find any clothes that really struck me as a must have, and that might be partially due to the fact that it was so busy, I could hardly get in the mood for clothes shopping, but I did purchase some cute accessories. 3 bags in total, two of which were 1pound 50pence. So around $3! I got a few necklaces, some shoes and underwear. Our next store was New Look, where I found a couple of shirts and something else I can't remember.

Walking around in Kingston was great to get a feel for the culture, and of course a great opportunity to people watch--one of my favorite things to do, espeically in foreign countries. There were just so many people out and about being Saturday and all, that I had more than enough entertainment just sitting on a bench for a bit taking it all in.
After our shopping excursion, we headed back home on the bus to Twicks to get ready for my first night out in central London!!
