So after a mamouth 28 hours travelling I finally arrived at the end of the world. Even managed to get a cheesy stamp in my passport to prove it.
Ushuaia is a cold and windy town, but it is actually quite quaint with little shops and cafes selling hot chocolate "submarines" - which is essentially hot milk with a chocolate bar dropped in that you wait to melt! We went on a boat through the Beagle Channel to see the seals but no penguins unfortunately. Will have to wait until Galapagos then I guess.

On our first night camping we had to put the tents up at 11pm which was a bit of a shock and then it poured with rain! A good start to the camping experience.... We got to meet all our new friend for the next 4 weeks - all 33 of them!
We took a tour around the Tierra Del Fuego national park and got all the history of the area from our local guide.
