So after a mamouth 28 hours travelling I finally arrived at the end of the world.  Even managed to get a cheesy stamp in my passport to prove it.

Ushuaia is a cold and windy town, but it is actually quite quaint with little shops and cafes selling hot chocolate "submarines" - which is essentially hot milk with a chocolate bar dropped in that you wait to melt! We went on a boat through the Beagle Channel to see the seals but no penguins unfortunately.  Will have to wait until Galapagos then I guess.

On our first night camping we had to put the tents up at 11pm which was a bit of a shock and then it poured with rain!  A good start to the camping experience.... We got to meet all our new friend for the next 4 weeks - all 33 of them!

We took a tour around the Tierra Del Fuego national park and got all the history of the area from our local guide.

Hello Sally, Nice photo. Hope everything is all right, too bad for the phone. Once upon a time the customer service was the strong point of Orange, remember? xxx

Actually that photo was from Morocco -ooops. Haven´t got around to remembering my fabulous new card readers when I get to the internet cafe but I do promise photos soon and they will be good- trust me! Nico, there seems to be some kind of strange obsession here with the song Voyage Voyage and I have promised to find the lyrics so we can sing along - can you help me?!
