Well here I am in Edinburgh....after that slight Scandanavian detour to Sweden, I am back in the land of Fish and Chips! And seriously, these people love their fish and chips!
Edinburgh, well what can I say, it is TRULY stunning. Looking up at the castle from the middle of the city, it takes my breath away. The Scottish are really friendly, and it is hard to understand them, although I laugh at their accents. there is something charming about them.
So the househunt has begun, have a few places on the list so it shouldn't be too much of a problem to find something, and something close to the city.
I cant wait to get out into the Scottish countryside. I have noticed they sell deep fried Haggis in these fish and chip shops, but Im not keen enough to try them!
