We lived in a small hotel in Sweden and it took us only 20 minutes to get to Denmark on a ferry. I'd been dreaming about visiting Denmark for a long time and of course I was exciting when I finally got a chance to visit that country. I wasn't disappointed even a bit.

Denmark is always assosiated with Andersen, this writer seems to  be the first celebrity of this country. That's why the first monument we saw in Copenhagen was a monument to Andersen:) And the other one was of course a statue of the Little Mermaid. Poor girl.. Her arms had been cut and stolen for several times! But now she looks all right, and you should wait for a while before you are able to come and take a picture with her. The queue of toutists is really huge.

We had a little excursion through the channels of Copenhagen and our lovely giude told about the main sights of the city in several languages. Although I didn't understand every word she said I learnt a lot which made me admire the city even more... And I want to say that I really loved the channels and the bridges of Copenhagen. When you're on a boat you shouldn't stand up because you can get hurt... The brige is just above you!

The people in Scandinavian countries are worth mentioning too:) I haven't told much about them yet, but I must say they are almost all very beautiful and friendly! When I'm abroad, I always pay much attention to the people, their appearance, their behaviour, and they never disappoint me. When we lost our way, we asked the citizens about the road and they explained everything so carefully that I still remember it.

Our shourt journey was very interesting and exciting, and when I begin to remember it I sometimes can't believe I've really been there. But it happened and I can surely say I'm very lucky. I have several trolls and elks and a scarf with Norwegian flag which proves it was not a miracle but a real journey. Thanks for all the countries and cities and for those people who had enough patience to read my strange report;)
