We only spent one night here before leaving for the hike. Once we arrived in Skagway, we realized that our tent poles had been lost along the way! We were able to find a camping store in town that rented us a tent for the trip; unfortunately it too was missing a pole for it's fly. Skagway's a nice little town that caters mostly to tourists from cruise ships.
