Lars & I had a wonderful time at Cabo. This was our first time trying an all inclusive resort and we would do it again. The RIU was very nice and right on the water. The location was great. 7 days is probably a longtime, but I loved it. Lars was ready to leave after 5 days. I just loved sitting in the sun and reading books, getting up and going to swim, a nice guy would bring me a drink and then I would read some more. Then you go to dinner, there is entertainment at night and you go to bed and get up for another day in paradise. That is pretty much how I spent all my days.
Lars went parasailing right from our beach one day. He had to wait until almost the last day because the winds were pretty high all week - which gave us a wonderful sea breeze to keep ya cool at the pool.... We also took a water taxi over to Lovers' Beach and to see the Arch, which is really nice.
We flew back to LAX on June 8th, then we picked up our new car on June 9th before heading to San Diego for laundry and packing for the trip up the coast.
