This day we transferred from Playa Samara, where the skies were clear, to the cloudforests of Monteverde. After a bumpy ride we arrived in Santa Elena, a settlement close to the Bosque Nuboso Monteverde.
We had plans for a nightly tour in the cloudforest. Unfortunately at 3pm it started to rain hard for many hours, and we had to decide to cancel the tour.
So we went from no clouds to lots of clouds
We took pizza's at the Montana Restaurant. When we were ready, it was still raining.
