This weekend we went to the city of Salamanca, which is about 2 hours south of Valladolid and 45 min from the border of Portugal. The city itself was so beautiful! The city reminded me a lot of Toledo, which was a city I saw last time I was here. They have this amazing cathedral that we got to go inside of and also many beautiful buildings. We had four hours of free time to roam around the city which I enjoyed because Im not a fan of following some guide around. Overall the city was amazing and in 3 more weekends we will be making our way down to Toledo :]
