Welcoming smiles and the tempting aroma of freshly ground coffee beans greet you as you enter this cosy restaurant where backgammon, magazines and newspapers are available. On sunny days and balmy nights, you can sit in the open-air courtyard.

Caturra was recently taken over by Jerome and Brenda Ruch and is managed by Joy Petersen, ably assisted by Franky, Ron, Mark and their dedicated and loyal teams.

The attractive new menu includes something for everyone and you will never leave hungry, as the portions are all extremely generous and very tasty.

Caturra is much more than your average coffee bar, is fully licensed and renowned for it's famous hot "Chocochoc" and "Mochachoc" drinks, both made with Caturra's solid chocolate cup, as well as it's famous iced "Freezoccino" drink.

New at Caturra is the healthy "Red Hot" range of Red Cappuccino and Red Espresso made from pure Rooibos tea.

Caturra specialises in all day breakfasts, lunches, teas, dinners and late night snacks and welcomes the after movie crowd.

Their deluxe breakfast at only R45, which is available everyday, (incl Fathers Day) is really something special and must be tried on your next visit. Other breakfast choices incl English, American, Chilliconcarne and Health all at R34.

Try their hearty soups and Brenda's decadent warm chocolate fudge cake - it's heavenly!!

Caturra also now sell their exclusive coffee beans which they will grind, pack and seal for you to take home as well as their own 'recipe' biltong.
