Driving Driving Driving.  Had KFC for lunch.  The driving was a little more upbeat today with more things to see as we were chugging along.

On the road again....

We were in fairly good spirits today due to the fact that we got an email from our solicitor last night that the ***LIQUOR LICENCE CAME THROUGH***.

For anyone that has been following this whoo har for the past 18 months, you'll realise what a huge relief this is !  Mind you.. as the government department would have it.. they have demanded a change of business name.

We are no longer the Grove Bar and Grill, we're now the Grove Grill.  Never mind the 11,000 serviettes, the wad of business cards, letterhead and glass etching around the restaurant.. I'm not even going to ponder this right now.. and the shitty thing is I won't be the first one to have a drink at the bar !  Ahh well.. it's good news albeit with the name change though !

Whilst the solicitor said we have grounds to argue our case, I have decided to pick another battle to fight, this one has driven me into the ground and I'm not up for the fight, I'm just glad we can get Carton United to finally fill our order !

We arrived in Salt Lake City around 4pm or so.  I cooked dinner.. Greggy set up the hoses for all the foof and cack and the cable TV and we were set for the night.

Tomorrow we'll head into town and check it out.. See the temples of the mormons and I'll get my nails done..
